ABOUT DAN
DAN SIMPSON
Principal Solicitor + Notary Public
Dan is a highly respected lawyer based in the St George area of New South Wales. After growing up in regional NSW, Dan graduated from Sydney University Law School in 1976 and has practised law locally ever since, including at Hurstville, Kogarah, Carlton and Brighton-Le-Sands.
With decades of experience, Dan specialises in Conveyancing, Wills and Probate, Small Business Legal Advice, and Leasing. As a Notary Public for the State of New South Wales, Dan provides notarial services to individuals and businesses throughout the region.
Dan is deeply involved in the St George and Hurstville communities. He has served as an Alderman on Hurstville City Council and has chaired and participated in numerous local organisations. Dan is committed to community service, providing pro bono legal assistance to the Cancer Council and Oatley Lions Club.
A former President and Life Member of the St George and Sutherland Law Society, Dan has also contributed to the legal profession as a long-term member of the Ethics Committee of the Law Society of NSW.

MICHAEL SOMMERVILLE
Solicitor
Michael is a highly experienced Senior Court Lawyer at the firm, specialising in Criminal Law, Commercial Litigation, Family Law and Deceased Estate Disputes. Admitted in December 1985, Michael has represented clients as an advocate in the Local Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of New South Wales, as well as the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
His extensive courtroom experience and in-depth knowledge of NSW legal procedures make him a trusted advisor for people and businesses facing legal challenges.

PHILIP TODOROVSKI
Solicitor
Philip Todorovski is a solicitor at Redmond Hale Simpson with a primary focus on family law and property law & conveyancing. He also advises in commercial and civil disputes, assisting individuals and businesses with matters requiring careful preparation, clear strategy, and practical outcomes.
Philip is recognised for a meticulous and client-centred approach. He takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances and objectives, and provides advice that is direct, measured, and responsive throughout each stage of a matter.
